I adore Mexican food! Living in southern California there is no shortage of Mexican restaurants and delicious dishes. We love our refried beans and guacamole.

Make delicious Guacamole for your Seven Layer Dip!
Pretty to look at, but even better to eat!
Serve it with chips or alongside your favorite Hispanic dish, and watch it disappear before your eyes!
Our July 4th celebration was so much fun! We had a small group of just family and a few friends, and watched fireworks from our backyard patio. This pic although a little blurry is from our patio on July 4th, gotta love technology!
Simple Guacamole Recipe
Simple guacamole without tomatoes or onions
Ingredients
- 3-4 Ripe Avocados
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Mash avocados in a bowl with a fork.
- Stir in the lemon juice, cilantro and garlic salt. Serve immediately.
