If you’re like me and always rushing come dinner time, here’s a quick Chicken Dinner recipe you can make with common pantry staples!
*Add spices to taste; number of chicken breasts will vary. |
Directions:
Combine all of your ingredients into a large sauce pan and cover until boiling.
Bring it down to a simmer for about 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken pieces and cut them into strips, add them back into the pot to continue to simmer.
If you’d like the mixture to be a little thicker, add a tbsp. of flour and mix well.
If you like, in the meantime make your side dishes. I chose steamed broccoli and rice.
In about 30 minutes you’ll have a delicious chicken dish the whole family will enjoy. I know this because the pickiest eater I know, my 4 year old, loved it!
Enjoy dinner with your families tonight!
