Thanksgiving is one of my absolute favorite holidays. I host a group of 20-40 every year and although it’s a lot of work,
I love it! I start planning my meals early and cook all day long. Mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, stuffing, cornbread, and other staples are served alongside a moist and juicy turkey, mmmm, everyone leaves the house with a full and happy tummy.
Because I intentionally make enough to have lots of leftovers, my family eats several versions of Thanksgiving dinner for at least a week afterwards!
This year as usual I shopped for extra ingredients at Smart & Final, I ended up with my favorite dish and easiest dish by far, a scrumptious Thanksgiving Leftovers Casserole.
Wondering what to do with all of those Thanksgiving leftovers? Try this Thanksgiving Leftovers Casserole recipe!
This is a perfect dish to easily put together and feed your family during the busy holiday season.
If you plan on going Black Friday shopping, you can put the casserole together on Thanksgiving night, and have your family put it in the oven while you’re out at the stores.
They are fed well, and you don’t have to rush home to feed them. It’s the perfect situation for a busy mom this holiday season!
