lovelies! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! We celebrated all the Dads in our family with a fun backyard BBQ, starring my delicious Ranch Burgers–yumm! I made them using Kraft Classic Ranch Dressing, you know and love Kraft dressing for delicious salad recipes, but do you know you can use it for so much more?
I used the pourable dressing instead of the typical dry packet most people use when seasoning burgers. I find it to be tastier, and much juicier that way.
Kraft Pourables have a new and even better taste! The Classic Ranch is now creamier, with more buttermilk and savory herbs..mmmmm!
I added a couple of strips of turkey bacon for even more delicious flavor! Notice I skipped eggs, which is a crucial binding agent when making burgers. The Kraft Ranch Dressing works really well to keep the meat together, and the hamburger patties turned out moist, flavorful, and overall just delectable!
You can even add Kraft Ranch Dressing right over the burger. DELICIOUS!
I also bought the Zesty Italian Dressing, which I poured over a side salad, and will be using on a summer pasta salad next weekend.. So good!
The Dads loved their juicy Ranch Burgers and even had seconds, that is what I call a successful Father’s Day!
Ranch Burger Recipe
Kraft Ranch Burgers
- 1/2 cup Kraft Classic Ranch Dressing
- 20oz Package of Ground Beef (or ground turkey)
- 4 cloves Freshly minced garlic
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- Garlic salt & pepper (to taste)
|Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well with your hands. Using the palms of your hands make patties and place them on a platter. Place the patties on a hot grill and cook for about 2 minutes or until browned, flip the burger over for another 2 minutes. Serve on a hamburger bun and add all of your favorite condiments!|
