November is my favorite month because not only is it my birthday month, but the weather usually drops by this time of year around here and it finally feels like Fall.
I don’t know about you but crisp, cool Fall weather makes me think about enjoying sweet warm treats like a delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte, yummm!
My husband brews coffee every Sunday morning while I sleep in (he sleeps on Saturdays). Those old coffee commercials we’re right, the delicious scent of fresh coffee wakes me up every time! We sit at the dining table with our cups and Coffee-Mate creamer for some good conversation. Since Fall is officially here for us, this weekend I decided to use Pumpkin Spice Coffee-Mate creamer to whip up a tasty latte!
If you want to make a Pumpkin Spice Latte for your loved one, follow this recipe:
We love Don Francisco Coffee, it always brews the perfect cup.
My husband and I work opposite schedules so it’s easy to miss each other during the week. We love our time together on Sunday mornings! We catch up on the week’s events like our kid’s sports, any upcoming school projects, and more family stuff. We talk about our plans for the future, funny stuff about the past, and even sports, like the recent Red Sox win {go SOX}! It’s our ‘moment of connection’.
Like the rare date night, I cherish this time with my guy, and I love to make it special when I can, so making this simple Pumpkin Spice Latte was a great way to ring in the chilly Fall weather. Amazing how something so mundane like a cup of coffee can really help create a connection with our loved ones!
Do you have special ‘moments of connection’ with your loved ones or friends? What do you do to make your time together special?
