Recently I shared about one of my new fave stores to shop for fresh ingredients, quickly and easily, and on a budget. This wondrous place is called ALDI and they just opened 26 stores in my hood of socal, I was stoked to check it out! Well I was amazed at their selection and seriously their prices!!
Fast forward to this week, I made a yummy recipe with the fresh items I purchased at ALDI. I have always wanted to try my hand at making Spaghetti Pie, so I did, and it was delicious!
Seriously, it was impossible to distinguish the difference between using major brands and using the brands at ALDI–I think I may have just hit the jackpot!
Spaghetti Pie isn’t only really easy to make but everyone loves it. The best part is you can make a couple and freeze them for later, like you would a lasagna or similar. That is music to this working mama’s ears!
