Be sure to turn the slow cooker off after serving, and place remainder in the fridge. If you want to leave it out then turn the slow cooker down to ‘warm’.
I like my oatmeal very sweet, so if you’re like me you can opt to add a packet of Splenda or Stevia.
This oatmeal along with a cup of coffee fills me up until at least lunch! Since it’s so low in calories, it can serve as a sweet snack later on too…mmm…enjoy!
