Spring is officially here, it’s time to spruce up, clean up, and brighten up dark and dreary winter spaces. Ok so maybe yours (and mine) aren’t dreary, but you get the idea–it’s time to ring in the spring! I’ve been inspired by the new Amy Tangerine Plus One Collection this season, it’s bright and colorful, just the thing I need for some DIY spring art!
DIY SPRING ART
To get the house ready for spring I changed up my entry way table a wee bit. And by ‘entry way table’ I mean my repurposed desk!
I’ve had it decorated like this since I got it 2 years ago, it’s time for a little update.
That tray? Gone. The black lantern? Gone. Bulky black frame? Sayonara. My budget friendly vignette done, and gone!
I spray painted the frame in glossy grey paint, and made fun new spring art to with Amy Tangerine products.
MAKE EASY DIY SPRING ART
Amy Tangerine: Paper, skinny washi tape, and sticker letters.
Picture frame (new, old, used–whatever!)
The super skinny washi tape comes in a pack of 6 adorable patterns!
Choose your favorite sheet of Amy Tangerine paper, tear it off of the packet (can I get a thumbs up for pre-perforated sheets?!) and cut it out to the size of the glass insert of your frame.
Seriously adorbs paper! I love it!
Then decorate your paper with the washi tape and stickers! This part is super fun because you can get as creative as you like!
The Plus One collection was the top selling signature line released in winter 2014 and if you haven’t seen it yet it could be because it’s sold out in most stores and online! Don’t fret though, The Amy Tangerine Plus One paper craft collection will be available for sale on HSN, March 24. Phewpf!
The collection will be available in five discounted bundles that include a basic kit, an embroidery kit, an embellishment kit and a stamping kit, starting at under $20. The sold out Plus One Project Life Mini Kit will also be available at a discounted rate.

My living space has a lot of color so I am not going to change too much up, but a little update to celebrate a new season is always fun!
I always love cheap, easy, and fun ways to change things up for the season! How are you sprucing up your home for Spring?
